Dear customer, in order to fulfill your order correctly, you are kindly requested to provide me with some personal information, such as your name, email address, postal address and the details of the product that you’re ordering. For FedEx shipping, I will need your phone number (so FedEx will be able to contact you in order to deliver the jewelry if you are not available).

  

Additional policies and FAQs

In some cases, additional customs fees and duties may be charged, depending on the country the items are shipped to. These fees are to be paid by the customer.

Please contact your local customs department for more information regarding customs fees and additional charges.

There is customer responsibility to clear all import related fees; refusal of paying those will result in nonrefundable return shipment.

Customers who ordered jewelry from my shop and refused to release it from the local customs office will not receive a refund even if the jewelry will be shipped back. This is due to the production, shipping and insurance costs of the jewel.

 * French customers will need to provide an external customs broker agent to import Diamond Jewelry/ Loose Diamonds to the country.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an agent. Please check the cost of the service before you order.

Please send me the tracking number the moment the returned item is shipped in order for me to keep track of the item while it is in transit.

Refunds will be given less shipping costs.

Should you wish to return the item, kindly notify me within 90 days of receipt with the reason of return. All jewelry is subject to inspection and approval upon receipt. Jewelry that does not match the product info in our records will be returned to the buyer or rejected.

All personalized or custom orders discounted orders, orders with payments plan, are non-refundable.

A full refund will only be given if the following conditions are met:

 

  1. The item must be in its original condition and include all product documentation.
  2. The item must not be damaged.
  3. The item must not be worn.
  4. The item has not been used.
  5. The item must precisely match product data records
  6. The item has not been re-sized or customized by the customer.
  7. The item is not a "Custom order" or specifically designed by the seller in accordance with the customer's request.
  8. The item must be returned within 90 days of its receipt by the buyer.

 The customer pays return shipping fees.
