Return and Refund Policy

I accept returns for most jewelry from my shop, provided the following conditions are met:

• The buyer must contact Elena@sevencarat.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Return approval is required before sending back the item to receive a return shipping label. The jewelry must be returned using the company's provided shipping label.
• Jewelry must not have been used or resized 

• The item must be returned in unused condition within 5 days and include all original packaging and certifications.
• Please note that initial shipping fees and any duty taxes paid will not be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund
• If a cancellation occurs after 72 hours, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to cover material and labor costs

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom order jewelry designed specifically per customer request
• Personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces
• Diamonds or gemstones that have been approved by the customer

All of our custom-made pieces cannot be returned. I will do my best to ensure the piece matches the final design you approved, providing detailed photos that include the dimensions, type of stones, and metals and video.
