How does a custom order work?

Do you have an idea about your dream ring? Then you contact me with your custom order specification. I will need to know all the details including:
- style
- gold color - yellow gold/white gold/rose gold/mixed
- metal quality - 14k, 18K, or platinum.

Let me know if you have a particular style or color of gems, and the overall budget. Once you have this information, contact me via elena@sevencarat.com, and I will draw out a few examples for you to choose from.

Pricing

Once you provide me with all the information above, I'll be able to give you the price quote. After the price has been settled, I will start by showing you a video and images of the gemstones or diamonds that match your budget, and style for the custom order.

Sketch - CAD rendering

Once you approve the style of your piece, the gemstones or the diamonds I will start creating the sketch. The CAD rendering will show you exactly how the ring will look, including every detail such as the measurements and proportion of your custom-made jewelry.

In order to start working on the sketch, a $200 deposit is required to pay here.
Creating the sketch and CAD design can take around 5-8 business days.
The $200 deposit allows you to make 2-3 changes to the design. For anything more than that, or if you want to change the direction of the design, additional fees will be charged.

When the design is ready, I'll send you the images with all the information for your confirmation. If it's suitable, the remaining amount is to be paid in full before moving forward with the process. Within 24 hours, a special listing for your order will be made, along with all the information about its design.

How long will take to create the custom order?

Once the full payment is made, it will take 2-3 weeks to create the piece. Remember, I aim to create the best quality jewelry and give you the best customer service. All the work is handmade, and for that reason I need time.

YES...buy the ring! I too was hesitant to purchase such a high end item online, so I did research, even contacting other reviewers here on Etsy about their purchases. Lena is AMAZING to work with. After choosing the band I wanted, Lena found (and sent me a video) of three different center stone options to fit my budget. The ring was estimated to be finished in 1-2 weeks, but it took three weeks because of Covid (understandable delay.) Before shipping, Lena again sent a video showing the finished product. The ring was shipped from Israel on a Thursday, and I had it in my possession in America on Monday! The ring is absolutely gorgeous. The color and sparkle of the diamonds are amazing. My wife and I are both very happy with this purchase. We will not hesitate to purchase more jewelry from Lena in the future.
